Burlington was a flip that we recently sold. It’s a 4/3 and 2,836 sqft. It was purchased for $240,000 in September of 2022, we put $136,200 in renovations, and sold it for $450,000. Our gross return was $73,800 before closing and holding costs. If I decided to put this in the stock market, it would’ve taken me 2 years to see a similar return.
